  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards, and secure it inside a shipping box.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package back to our specialized inspection facility.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
